The designers of Silhouette appear to have avoided rectangularity at every opportunity. Each of the eight central elevators has a glass wall overlooking the atrium. The elevators are angled slightly and the glass walls have a slight inflection that adds visual interest. The angle between the elevator banks opens more widely from the aft end to the forward edge of the atrium which on each deck has a public space for some purpose. The Internet cafe or iLounge on deck six looks amazingly similar to an Apple store. On deck seven is the Hideaway, a relaxation area with an array of unconventional seating. The Hideaway extends to deck eight. There is a card and game room on deck nine. Decks ten and eleven offer a library with blonde wood shelves well stocked with books. Interestingly, two shelving units on deck ten rise a full two decks making many of the shelves inaccessible and no sign of any library ladder.
